This is my first post to my hopefully continually active blog!
Lately, I have been on a big documentary kick. If I find one documentary that I find interesting, I become obsessive and watch as many as I can find. My most recent obsession? Food. More specifically, healthy food. It’s easy to look at a bag of chips and a bag of carrots and know which one is healthier. Knowing this, why do we usually choose the unhealthy option? The concept and addiction of junk food is quite interesting to me. All the junk food I eat makes me feel like crap yet I keep going back!
I want to change my diet in order to better myself. I want to feel healthier, have more energy, let my skin glow, and of course lose a little weight.
One documentary that really resonated with me is “Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead.” This man completely changed his life starting with a juice cleanse. I want to give it a try to! Once I can get my hands on a juicer, I plan to embark on a 10-day juice cleanse and of course, I plan to document it all here! I also plan to include some fun things on this blog like what is going on with my dancing life, relationship, school, friends, and family!
